For a bottom roller, check the exact machine configuration, flange or guide type, mounting dimensions and position. A listing that says “fits CAT 320” is not enough to confirm every 320-series excavator. A genuine-origin claim is also separate from whether the part fits your machine.

Identify the roller before comparing quotes
Bottom or track rollers run along the lower track frame. Carrier or top rollers support the upper run of the track and are a different part. Photograph the installed position as well as the removed component, if it is already safely accessible. Do not order from a generic “roller” label alone.

Need help collecting dimensions? Use the track roller dimensions, flange and quantity guide. State the unit and measurement points; a photo without a readable scale cannot establish an exact size. Have a qualified technician handle lifting or removal using the machine manufacturer’s procedures.
CAT 320 track rollers: keep the model suffix and configuration
Tell us the complete model shown on the machine plate, rather than only “CAT 320”. Send any readable roller part number and a photo of the installed guide arrangement. If a supplier proposes a replacement or superseding number, ask what reference connects it to your machine and whether the mounting and guide dimensions match.
The same identification approach applies to SANY and Doosan requests. Brand names describe the machine you are enquiring about, not a universal fitment list, confirmed stock list or claim that PRIMA is an authorized dealer.
New genuine origin, fitment and condition are separate checks
Our enquiry priority is new genuine track rollers. Before choosing a proposed item, review its brand and part identification, actual markings and packaging, and the available source documentation together. A copied serial number, logo, “OEM quality” phrase or compatible-model list cannot by itself authenticate a part.
Confirm new condition separately: request close photos of mounting faces, tread surfaces, seals and packaging. Visible marks need an explanation, but photos alone are not a material, hardness or service-life test. Genuine origin does not remove the need for fitment verification, and a low price does not identify either source or condition.
Read the part-number verification guide for the distinction between a number used as a reference and the identity of the item supplied. Any alternative to your requested genuine part must be identified separately before you decide.
Count each side and make “one set” unambiguous
List the rollers you need on the left and right sides separately, including different types or positions. “One set” can mean a single roller, all rollers for one side, or both sides; the quotation should state the actual count. Check whether bolts and other mounting hardware are separate line items.
Inspect the rest of the undercarriage before deciding the replacement scope. Review track chain identity and condition, idler and alignment checks, and sprocket and chain matching. A system inspection does not automatically mean every component must be replaced; use the measured condition and manufacturer guidance.
Agree packing, shipment scope and warranty in writing
- Before dispatch: match part labels and actual roller photos to the quotation, with the count shown for each item type. Record any agreed measurements and unresolved differences.
- Packing: agree protection against movement, impact and corrosion appropriate to the shipment. Ask for packed quantities, dimensions, weight and packing photos.
- Delivery: confirm destination, freight scope and the current dispatch estimate for the agreed item; this guide is not a stock or lead-time guarantee.
- Warranty: obtain the applicable provider, period, covered defects, exclusions and claim evidence in the written quotation. Do not assume a universal hours-based warranty or that third-party dealer terms apply.

No. They have different positions and functions. Confirm the requested roller type, part identity, mounting and guide arrangement for the exact machine configuration.
Does a CAT 320 model label or reference number prove fitment and genuine origin?
No. Confirm the full machine model and configuration, relevant part reference and dimensions for fitment. Check the proposed item’s markings, packaging and source evidence separately for genuine origin.
Can I enquire before I know every measurement?
Yes. Start with a machine model or part photo, your requirement and a reply contact. Missing dimensions can be clarified before an order; an initial enquiry is not fitment approval.
